【职位描述】
1. Adhere to PwC SDC policies and procedures.
遵守普华永道商务服务中心的政策和流程。
2.Perform work and provide related deliverables in accordance with SDC’s User Guide instructions as applied to work requests.
按照服务中心的用户操作指南,有效地完成工作,提供相应的服务。
3. Monitor time spent on assigned tasks and manage deadlines.
合理分配时间,按时完成工作。
4.Liaise with Team Manager/Deputy Manager and Senior Assistants on a regular basis to understand work required. Observe delivery timetable and meet client service expectation.
与团队经理和高级助理就工作内容和要求保持定期的沟通,以确保按时完成任务,满足客户需求。
5. Maintain working knowledge of the SDC User Guides.
确保及时掌握和更新服务中心用户操作指南的知识。
6. Participate in training and other developmental opportunities, where possible.

7. Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working as a team member: understand personal and team roles; contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback from Senior Assistants and Team Manager/Deputy Manager.

【任职要求】
1. Bachelor degree, a major in Accounting, Commerce and/or Business preferred.
本科及以上学历,会计、商务或企业管理专业者优先考虑。
2. Experience in finance or accounting related work a plus.

3. Prior BPO centre experience will be preferred.
曾在业务流程外包中心相关企业任职者优先考虑。
4. Demonstrate self-motivation and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development.
